🚨 A hard truth the community isn’t talking about… 🚨

For generations, government jobs and homeownership have been the two most reliable paths to wealth for minority families.

👉 We’ve all watched what’s happening with government jobs lately.
The ground has shifted. Stability is no longer guaranteed.

👉 Now let’s talk about the other pillar—homeownership.

Minority Baby Boomers—the generation that bought, held, and protected their homes—are beginning to pass away.
Over the next 10–20 years, a significant portion of those homes will not remain in minority family ownership.

Why?

Because many children and grandchildren:
• Don’t see homeownership the same way
• Aren’t prepared to inherit property responsibly
• Are overwhelmed by taxes, probate, repairs, or legal issues
• Or simply sell… because no one explained the long-term cost of that decision

📉 When those homes leave our families, they don’t come back.
📉 When they’re gone, the wealth is gone with them.
📉 And over the next 50 years, that wealth gap will grow exponentially.

This is not accidental.
And it is not inevitable—if we act now.
