VOTER REGISTRATION WEEKEND
The Independent Electoral Commission (IEC) will be conducting a Voter Registration Weekend on:

🕗 Time: 08h00 – 17h00
Residents of Ward 57 are encouraged to register as voters, update their registration details, or confirm their voting station at the following registration points:
✅ Motherwell High School
✅ Fumisukoma Primary School
✅ Nxanelwimfundo Primary School
✅ Orthodox Ethiopian Church (Ingwe Street)
Important:
• Bring your South African ID, Smart ID Card, or valid Temporary Identity Certificate.
• First-time voters are encouraged to register.
• Existing voters should verify and update their details if they have changed address.

SERVICE DELIVERY UPDATE - WARD 57
• Delivery of building materials has been completed

– Materials delivered for 7 burnt shacks
• This intervention supports affected families to begin rebuilding
• The Ward 57 Councillor’s Office will continue monitoring progress on site

📢 ELECTRICITY OUTAGE UPDATE
Councillors remain on site with municipal electricians.
🔌 Progress: Electricity restoration is now happening in sections as teams continue testing and isolating the fault.
⏳ Restoration: Other areas will follow as work progresses
