Full house at the Swiss Residence for the Switzerland 🇨🇭 vs. Canada 🇨🇦 match! While the evening was filled with laughter, great food, and refreshing drinks, Switzerland edged out a 2:1 win on the field. But off the field, the score between our two countries remains perfectly even: shared values, strong ties, and of course two flags that both know how to rock red and white. It was a joy to welcome dear Canadian guests to the Swiss Residence for an evening that was about much more than football. 🇨🇭❤️🇨🇦
حضور كامل في الإقامة السويسرية لمتابعة مباراة سويسرا وكندا! وسط أجواء مليئة بالضحكات والمأكولات الشهية والمشروبات المنعشة، تمكنت سويسرا من حسم المباراة بنتيجة 2:1. أما خارج الملعب، فالنتيجة بين بلدينا تبقى متعادلة تماماً: قيم مشتركة، روابط متينة، وبالطبع علمان يُتقنان الجمع بين اللونين الأحمر والأبيض. كان من دواعي سرورنا استقبال ضيوفنا الكنديين الأعزاء في الإقامة السويسرية، في أمسية كانت أكبر بكثير من مجرد كرة قدم. 🇨🇭❤️🇨🇦

🎨 Ambassador Arthur Mattli was delighted to host Swiss-Dubai based artist Amrita Sethi at the Swiss Residence for an intimate vernissage of SoundSCAPES: Presents of Sound — a collection exploring identity, movement, and the fleeting present moment. 41 works, across physical, digital and generative mediums, brought a rare creative energy to our walls. A beautiful reminder that Switzerland's commitment to innovation extends well beyond technology — into art, expression, and the spaces in between. 🇨🇭✨

🇨🇭-Ambassador Arthur Mattli had the honour of attending the graduation ceremony of the Sharjah Performing Arts Academy, in the presence of H.H. Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al-Qasimi, the Ruler of Sharjah.
52 students - pianists, flutists, violinists and more - celebrated the culmination of years of dedication and artistic growth. A reminder that investing in education and the arts is investing in the future. Congratulations to the Class of 2026! 🎶✨
🇨🇭 تشرَّف سفير سويسرا آرثر ماتلي بحضور حفل تخرُّج طلاب أكاديمية الفنون الأدائية بجامعة الفنون في الشارقة، بحضور صاحب السمو الشيخ الدكتور سلطان بن محمد القاسمي، حاكم الشارقة.
احتفل 52 طالباً وطالبة — من عازفي البيانو والفلوت والكمان وغيرهم — بتتويج سنوات من الجهد والنموّ الفني. تذكيرٌ بأن الاستثمار في التعليم والفنون هو استثمار في المستقبل. ألف مبروك لدفعة عام 2026! 🎶✨
