استقبل سعادة الدكتور عبدالله بوسناد، مدير عام جمارك دبي، سعادة عبدالعزيز محمد الملا، مدير عام الهيئة الاتحادية للضرائب، في لقاء عقد بمقر جمارك دبي، حيث بحث الجانبان سبل تعزيز التعاون والتنسيق المشترك بين جمارك دبي والهيئة الاتحادية للضرائب، بما يسهم في دعم مستهدفات الدولة الاقتصادية وترسيخ مكانتها مركزاً عالمياً للتجارة والاستثمار، إلى جانب تطوير آليات العمل المشترك وتبادل الخبرات وأفضل الممارسات في المجالات ذات الاهتمام المشترك.

وأكد الجانبان أهمية تعزيز التكامل المؤسسي بين الجهات الحكومية المعنية بالمنظومة الاقتصادية والتجارية، من خلال توحيد الجهود وتطوير المبادرات المشتركة التي تسهم في رفع كفاءة الخدمات المقدمة للمتعاملين، وتبسيط الإجراءات، وتحقيق أعلى مستويات الامتثال والشفافية، بما ينعكس إيجاباً على بيئة الأعمال ويعزز تنافسية دولة الإمارات على المستويين الإقليمي والعالمي.

حضر اللقاء من جمارك دبي، عتيق المهيري المدير التنفيذي لقطاع التطوير الجمركي، منصور المالك المدير التنفيذي لقطاع السياسات والتشريعات، محمد الغفاري المدير التنفيذي لقطاع التفتيش الجمركي، وراشد الشارد المدير التنفيذي لقطاع الشؤون المالية والإدارية.



H.E. Dr. Abdulla Busenad, Director General of Dubai Customs, received H.E. Abdulaziz Mohammed Al Mulla, Director General of the Federal Tax Authority (FTA), during a meeting held at Dubai Customs’ headquarters.

Their Excellencies emphasized the importance of stronger institutional integration among government entities involved in the economy and trade sectors, by unifying efforts and developing joint initiatives that improve service efficiency, simplify procedures and uphold the highest levels of compliance and transparency. These efforts further support local business and strengthen the UAE’s competitiveness regionally and globally.

The meeting was attended by H.E Atiq Al Mehairi, Executive Director of the Customs Development Division; Mansoor Al Malik, Executive Director for Policies and Legislation Division; Mohammed Al Ghaffarin Division; Mohammed Al Ghaffari, Executive Director of the Customs Inspection Division; and Rashed Obaid Al Shard, Executive Director of the Financial and Administrative Affairs Division.

في إنجاز جديد يجسد الدور العالمي المتنامي لدبي في حماية المجتمعات ومكافحة الجريمة المنظمة العابرة للحدود، أسهمت المعلومات الاستخباراتية والتحليلات المتقدمة التي وفرتها جمارك دبي في إحباط محاولة تهريب شحنة ضخمة من الحبوب المخدرة من نوع “TAPENTADOL “، كانت قادمة عبر الشحن الجوي من إحدى الدول الآسيوية ومتجهة إلى دولة إفريقية، في عملية حالت دون وصول كميات هائلة من المواد المخدرة إلى الأسواق غير المشروعة، وأسهمت في حماية آلاف الأسر والشباب من مخاطر الإدمان والجريمة.


Dubai Customs has dealt a significant blow to international drug trafficking networks, providing the intelligence that led to the seizure of a major Tapentadol consignment destined for an African country. The shipment, originating from Asia and transported via air cargo, never reached its destination.
The operation prevented enormous quantities of narcotics from flooding illegal markets, shielding thousands of young people and families from the grip of addiction, crime, and social breakdown.

في إطار الجهود المستمرة لحماية البيئة والتصدي لمحاولات تهريب الحيوانات والنباتات البرية المهددة بالانقراض الخاضعة لأحكام اتفاقية التجارة الدولية “سايتس”، تمكنت جمارك دبي من ضبط محاولة لتهريب 223 كائناً حياً، شملت سحالي وعقارب وثعابين وضفادع، كانت مخبأة بعناية داخل حقيبة سفر غير مستلمة عبر مطار دبي الدولي.

تعكس هذه العملية كفاءة أنظمة التفتيش ويقظة ودقة عمل المفتشين في رصد المخاطر والتصدي للجرائم البيئية العابرة للحدود بالتعاون مع الجهات المختصة.

As part of its ongoing efforts to protect the environment and combat attempts to smuggle endangered wildlife under the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES), Dubai Customs successfully foiled an attempt to smuggle 223 live animals, including lizards, scorpions, snakes and frogs, concealed inside an unclaimed suitcase at Dubai International Airport.

The operation demonstrates the readiness of Dubai Customs’ inspection systems and the vigilance of its inspectors in identifying risks and deterring cross-border environmental crimes in cooperation with the competent authorities.
