تحدثت فاطمة الشويهي، رئيس قسم الإرشاد الثقافي في وجهة قلب الشارقة وأول مرشد سياحي إماراتي رسمي في إمارة الشارقة، خلال الجلسة الحوارية «الإرشاد السياحي.. صوت الوجهة وصانع التجربة» عن دور المرشد السياحي في تحويل الزيارة إلى تجربة ملهمة، من خلال سرد القصص وإبراز الموروث الثقافي والتاريخي بأسلوب يترك أثراً دائماً لدى الزوار.

During the panel discussion “Tour Guiding: The Voice of the Destination and the Maker of the Experience,” Fatima Al Shuweihi, Head of Cultural Guidance at Heart of Sharjah and the first official Emirati tour guide in the Emirate of Sharjah, spoke about the role of tour guides in transforming visits into meaningful experiences by bringing heritage, history, and local stories to life in a way that resonates with visitors long after their journey ends.

شاركت فاطمة الشويهي، رئيس قسم الإرشاد الثقافي في وجهة قلب الشارقة وأول مرشد سياحي إماراتي رسمي في إمارة الشارقة، في الجلسة الحوارية «الإرشاد السياحي.. صوت الوجهة وصانع التجربة»، حيث سلطت الضوء على الدور المحوري للمرشد السياحي في نقل هوية المكان وثقافته وتعزيز تجربة الزوار من خلال الجولات وورش العمل التفاعلية التي تترك أثراً مستداماً في ذاكرة السائح.

Fatima Al Shuweihi, Head of Cultural Guidance at Heart of Sharjah and the first official Emirati tour guide in the Emirate of Sharjah, participated in the panel discussion “Tour Guiding: The Voice of the Destination and the Maker of the Experience.” The session highlighted the vital role of tour guides in showcasing the identity and culture of a destination while enriching visitor experiences through interactive tours and workshops that leave a lasting impact.

Heart of Sharjah welcomed H.E. Abdallah Sultan Al Owais, Chairman of the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry, H.E. Fernando Figueirinhas, Ambassador of Portugal to the UAE, and Ms. Lourdes Osebio, Chairwoman of the Portuguese Business Council, on a cultural tour that offered insight into the UAE’s rich heritage, history, and traditions that continue to shape the nation’s cultural identity

We were pleased to welcome a delegation from the Board of Trustees of the American University of Sharjah to Heart of Sharjah, where they enjoyed a guided tour exploring Emirati heritage and culture, and learned more about the traditions and way of life in the past that shaped the identity of the region over time.

استقبل قلب الشارقة السيد يان شيرر، لاعب سويسري في التزلج على الجليد، في زيارة خاصة شملت جولة للتعرّف على عاداتنا وتقاليدنا، واستكشاف ملامح الحياة القديمة في الإمارة.

Heart of Sharjah welcomed Mr. Jan Scherrer, a Swiss snowboarder, on a special visit featuring a tour that highlighted our customs, traditions, and the essence of life in the past.
