دائرة القضاء في الشارقة

نظّم مجلس شباب دائرة القضاء لقاءً تعريفياً مع عدد من طلبة جامعة الشارقة، بهدف تعزيز التواصل مع الشباب الجامعي، والتعريف بدور المجلس ومهامه في دعم وتمكين الشباب داخل بيئة العمل المؤسسي.
وجرى خلال الجلسة تبادل الأفكار والآراء حول دور الشباب في المبادرة والتطوير، إلى جانب الاستماع إلى مقترحاتهم وتطلعاتهم، بما يسهم في تعزيز مشاركتهم والاستفادة من أفكارهم ضمن مبادرات المجلس القادمة.
ويأتي اللقاء في إطار حرص مجلس الشباب على التواصل المستمر مع طلبة الجامعات، ودعم مشاركتهم، بما يسهم في تحويل أفكارهم إلى مبادرات نوعية ذات أثر.

The Judicial Department Youth Council held an introductory meeting with a group of students from the University of Sharjah as part of its efforts to engage with young people and introduce the Council’s role in supporting youth participation and development.
The meeting featured an open discussion on the importance of youth involvement in shaping ideas and driving positive change. Students had the opportunity to share their perspectives, suggestions, and aspirations, creating a valuable exchange of ideas and experiences.
The initiative reflects the Council’s commitment to staying connected with university students, encouraging their participation, and creating opportunities for their ideas to contribute to future initiatives and projects with a positive impact.

في حضور سمو الشيخ سلطان بن أحمد القاسمي، تم توقيع مذكرة تفاهم بين دائرة القضاء ومصرف الإمارات العربية المتحدة المركزي، في خطوة استراتيجية تهدف إلى تعزيز التعاون وتبادل الخبرات بين القطاعين القانوني والمالي. تسعى هذه المبادرة إلى تطوير الخدمات وتسهيل الإجراءات، مما يعزز مسيرة التنمية المستدامة ويدعم مكانة الإمارات كمركز رائد في الابتكار والتكامل المؤسسي. شراكة جديدة تفتح آفاقاً واعدة للمستقبل.

In the presence of His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed Al Qasimi, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Judicial Department and the Central Bank of the United Arab Emirates, marking an important step towards strengthening cooperation and the exchange of expertise between the legal and financial sectors.
The agreement aims to support joint initiatives, enhance services, and streamline procedures, contributing to ongoing development efforts and reinforcing institutional integration. It also reflects the shared commitment of both entities to fostering innovation and supporting sustainable growth.
This partnership opens new opportunities for collaboration and supports the continued advancement of services that benefit the community and contribute to the UAE’s future aspirations.

عقدت دائرة التفتيش القضائي، برئاسة سعادة القاضي الدكتورة سلامة راشد الكتبي، رئيس دائرة التفتيش القضائي، وبحضور سعادة الشيخ فيصل المعلا، أمين عام مجلس القضاء، اجتماعاً تنسيقياً مع رؤساء المحاكم الابتدائية ورؤساء دوائر التركات في إمارة الشارقة.
ويأتي الاجتماع تنفيذاً لتوجيهات صاحب السمو الشيخ الدكتور سلطان بن محمد القاسمي، عضو المجلس الأعلى حاكم الشارقة، حفظه الله، بضرورة سرعة الفصل في قضايا التركات وإنجازها بما يحقق العدالة الناجزة ويحفظ حقوق أصحاب الشأن.
وتناول الاجتماع أبرز التحديات التي قد تؤدي إلى تأخير الفصل في هذه القضايا، واستعراض السبل الكفيلة بمعالجتها وتجاوزها، إلى جانب بحث آليات تطوير الإجراءات وتوحيد منهجية العمل بين محاكم الإمارة، بما يسهم في رفع كفاءة الأداء القضائي وتسريع إنجاز معاملات التركات وفق أعلى معايير الجودة والفاعلية.

The Judicial Inspection Department, chaired by Her Excellency Judge Dr Salama Rashid Al Ketbi, Chairman of the Judicial Inspection Department, held a coordination meeting with the Presidents of the Courts of First Instance and the Heads of Estates Divisions across the Emirate of Sharjah, in the presence of His Excellency Sheikh Faisal Al Mualla, Secretary-General of the Judicial Council.
The meeting was held in line with the directives of His Highness Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, emphasising the importance of the timely resolution of inheritance and estate cases to protect the rights of all parties and ensure the efficient delivery of justice.
The participants discussed a number of challenges that may affect the progress of these cases and reviewed ways to address them. They also explored opportunities to improve procedures and strengthen consistency across the Emirate’s courts, helping to enhance efficiency and facilitate the timely completion of estate-related matters.

شهد سمو الشيخ سلطان بن أحمد بن سلطان القاسمي نائب حاكم الشارقة، رئيس مجلس القضاء، توقيع مذكرة تفاهم بين دائرة القضاء ومحاكم مركز دبي المالي العالمي، وذلك في مكتب سموه بجامعة الشارقة.
وقّع مذكرة التفاهم سعادة القاضي الدكتور محمد الكعبي، رئيس دائرة القضاء، وسعادة القاضي عمر المهيري مدير محاكم مركز دبي المالي العالمي.
وتنص مذكرة التفاهم على التعاون وتبادل المعلومات بين الطرفين في مختلف المجالات ذات الاهتمام المشترك وبحث المبادرات والمشروعات الرامية إلى بناء وتوطيد علاقات متينة بينهما لدعم المجتمع.

His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah and Chairman of the Judicial Council, witnessed the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between the Judicial Department and the DIFC Courts at His Highness’s office at the University of Sharjah.
The Memorandum of Understanding was signed by His Excellency Judge Dr Mohammed Al Kaabi, Chairman of the Judicial Department, and His Excellency Judge Omar Al Muhairi, Director of the DIFC Courts.
The agreement provides a framework for cooperation and the exchange of information in areas of mutual interest, as well as exploring joint initiatives and projects that strengthen collaboration between the two entities and support the wider community.
