Tonight, Premier Peter Malinauskas will again be participating in the Vinnies CEO Sleepout to help raise funds and awareness for South Australians experiencing homelessness and hardship.

Vinnies does extraordinary work supporting people and families in need, providing practical assistance and a pathway to a better future.

It is a cause well worth supporting, and any donation, no matter the size, will help make a difference to South Australians doing it tough.

Homelessness is a challenge that requires action from governments, communities and charities alike.

That’s why this Thursday night, I’ll be taking part in the Vinnies CEO Sleepout.

The funds raised help support services like Fred’s Van, which provides practical assistance to South Australians experiencing hardship.

While there is always more work to do to address homelessness, organisations like Vinnies provide support, connection and compassion in ways that bureaucracy and government departments often can’t.
