🎸 Did you know Nick Cave was a fan of The Saints?
The Saints helped spark a movement that would shape Brisbane's music identity for decades to come. Through the Terry Murphy posters featured in Precious, MoB's Brian Ogden and Eomer Sweet Rose take us deeper into the stories, venues and people that helped define Brisbane's music scene.
Brisbane artist Terry Murphy is best known for his distinctive music posters, spanning the progressive rock of the mid-1970s through to the teenage abandon of punk, post-punk and new wave in the 1980s.
Visit Precious and see how many bands that shaped your musical tastes you can spot among the posters.

A peek inside Renee Kire's studio 👀
We recently visited the studio of MoB Artist in Residence Renee Kire at Here Space where Renee is currently developing new works for her exhibition Up Down and All Around at Museum of Brisbane.
An early-career artist of Australian and Māori descent, Renee's practice is grounded in feminist art history, drawing inspiration from historically overlooked female artists and reimagining minimalist sculpture through a contemporary, gender-conscious lens.
🎥 Video coming soon—follow along for more behind-the-scenes moments.
