The recent launch of a locally designed Husky® Dragline Bucket in Mackay highlights the strength of regional manufacturing and collaboration across industry – creating skilled jobs, strengthening supply chains and reinforcing Mackay’s global capability.

The Queensland Manufacturing Hub in Mackay has been working closely with businesses to support growth, connecting them with industry and providing access to networking opportunities, including innovation-focused sessions such as Research and Development tax incentive workshops.

Ongoing discussions with the manufacturer have also explored tailored programs to support their next stage of growth, ensuring the right support is in place at the right time.
