A massive thank you to Richard, who generously gives his time to help with gardening and maintenance around our centre.

Thanks to his handiwork, the outdoor area has had a bit of a glow-up and is ready for many more cuppas, chats and sunny afternoons.

We are so grateful for Richard’s time, practical skills and willingness to help wherever needed.

People like him make a real difference. to our Centres.

At the New Life Centres, people find more than a bed.

They find time, structure, community, counselling, support and the opportunity to rebuild.

But there is something many people do not realise.

Our residential New Life Centres are 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗴𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗱.

Every bed, every meal, every counselling session and every opportunity for recovery is made possible through the generosity of people like you who believe lives can change.

Your 𝘁𝗮𝘅-𝗱𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗴𝗶𝗳𝘁 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝟯𝟬 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 helps ensure that when someone reaches the point of asking for help, there is still a place ready to welcome them.

Faces Of Hope Gala 2026

Recently, the women celebrated Anna’s birthday, but we want to celebrate Anna for so much more than her birthday.

Anna is an amazing caseworker at our New Life for Women Centre, and we are so grateful for all she brings to Teen Challenge QLD.

With her beautiful, gentle nature, Anna nurtures and supports the women as they walk through the recovery program.

Her kindness, patience and steady encouragement help create a safe space where lives can begin to heal and hope can grow.

Thank you, Anna, for the heart you bring to this work and the way you care so deeply for each woman. We are so thankful for you… and happy birthday!❤️

Well Life Services have been such a generous and ongoing support to Teen Challenge QLD, standing with us through events as well as giving practically in so many other ways.

Most recently, they donated quality furniture to our centres in Toowoomba, helping us create spaces that feel welcoming, comfortable and cared for.

We are so grateful for their continued generosity and partnership.

Recently, the team gathered for a farewell dinner to celebrate Catherine and thank her for all she has brought to the New Life Centres.

Catherine has been a valued part of the Teen Challenge QLD family, and we are so grateful for the incredible skill, care and heart she has shared along the way.

As she steps into her next chapter, we wish her every blessing and success for what is ahead.
