The UQALP Club reaffirms its support for Queensland women’s right to safe and legal access to abortion services.

The LNP Queensland Government’s refusal to permit debate on this issue, including the KAP’s Disallowance Motion, has effectively silenced the voices of women across Queensland and denied them proper representation in this discussion.

This conduct further demonstrates that Premier David Crisafulli does not trust members of his own party to support women’s reproductive rights if given the opportunity to vote freely.
