This special day was a reminder of the kindness, patience, and professionalism our nurses and carers bring into the lives of our residents every day. Their dedication goes far beyond daily support, it is shown in every gentle word, every caring gesture, and every moment of companionship.👩⚕️

🌼 NDIS SIL Housemate Matching – Brisbane South 🌼
We’re currently looking to match a NDIS participant with a compatible housemate for a future Supported Independent Living (SIL) arrangement in Brisbane South. SIL supports will continue to be provided by the participant’s current service provider.
✨ Our approach is different
Instead of placing someone into an existing property, we match the people first.
Once compatibility is confirmed, we’ll then work together to find a home that suits both participants.
🧩 How the Matching Process Works:
• Meet-and-greet with the current participant and support team
• Focus on shared interests, routines, and lifestyle preferences
• Confirm compatibility before moving forward
• Source a suitable property in Brisbane South
• SIL supports tailored to each individual’s needs
👩 About the Current Participant:
• 26-year-old female
• 1:3 SIL funding
• Enjoys playing with her toys and watching videos
• Likes music and going out
