Meeting with NRL First Grader and 2018 VUSC Alumni student, Trent Toelau for our 18s Senior Squad prior to next weeks Storm Cup Grand Final 🔰🔰

Trent has debuted for both the Penrith Panthers and Melbourne Storm and is one of the 8 Victorians ever to play in the NRL.

Our boys had a great chat about footy, life, school and everything in between to drive the connection and energy for the group.

We want to share how proud we are to see our ex-students come back and support the current groups coming through.

Congratulation to our 18s Senior Squad for pushing through with a win in the Semi Finals against Melton SC.

This leaves the boys 2 weeks to refine, prepare and compete for an amazing Grand Final against The Grange.

The winner of the Storm Cup leads to play the WA Schoolboy winner in an attempt to qualify for the Peter Mullins NSW Cup Quarter Finals.

9s Tackle Gala Day Done & Dusted 🤜🏾

What an amazing day it was to see up to 60 Rugby League Academy Students attend and participate in an awesome 9s competition.

From U14s - U16s boys & girls, there was nothing but enjoyment on these kids faces.

Some good results, some not so good.. but in the end of the day, we are glad to give our students opportunities to put all their weekly training on the field and in the gym to show.

A phenomenal win under head coach, Tony Adam. This leads us clear into the semi final round in 3 weeks time.

The next stage won’t be an easy one. Yet again, the boys will go back to the drawing board to improve, refine and aspire.

Regardless of the score, our VUSC students demonstrated great sportsmanship and appreciated Craigieburn for their relentless effort to keep aiming up.

Representing Victoria, Ella competed against the nation’s best and delivered two outstanding results across two national competitions in just four days.

Our Careers team will be hosting our annual Year 10 Career Panel event on Thursday 18th June from 1.45 – 3.00pm at our Senior Campus in Cairnlea.

On that day we will have representatives from a range of professions and industries to help students consider their options, when making their senior subject selections.
Participants will be organised into panels aligned with occupational fields and/or subject areas. Each panellist will speak about their backgrounds and careers, and students will be given an opportunity to ask questions to make informed decisions regarding their subject choices for 2027.

Our College warmly invites all prospective students and their families to our Open Day on Monday 27th April at the Junior Campus, 88 Billingham Rd, Deer Park.

Tours of our College will be conducted in the morning and there will be an evening presentation and interactive tours starting at 5.30pm. Come along to see our students in action in AVID, English, Maths, Music, Science, Sports, Chinese and more!
