The excitement is building at Grange Primary School!

On Friday 26 June, we'll be coming together to cheer on the Socceroos as they take on Paraguay. Students will have the opportunity to watch the game at school and celebrate this special sporting occasion with their classmates.

Students are encouraged to wear their green and gold and show their Aussie spirit! πŸ‡¦πŸ‡Ί

Gold coin donations will help us purchase new sporting equipment and accessories for our school, and every donation will go into the draw to win a World Cup soccer ball! ⚽

Students will also enjoy World Cup-themed activities with their buddy classes throughout the day.

Let's fill Grange with green and gold as we get behind the Socceroos!

Yesterday we had Aria Bolkus MP visit. πŸ’™πŸ’›
It was a great opportunity to show her our students learning in action.

Thank you, Aria Bolkus MP for spending the morning with us!

Thank you to the students, teachers and staff at Grange Primary School for such a warm welcome today.

From fractions to phonetics, it was great to see the focus, curiosity and care that shapes learning across the school.

A real credit to the teachers, staff and broader school community.

Thank you for having me.

Today we acknowledged and celebrated our amazing Grange Primary School volunteers, thanking them for the incredible contribution they make to our community and to helping make Grange the special place it is.

Schools are built on more than classrooms, students and teachers, they are built on community, kindness, and volunteers who generously give their time and energy to support others. We simply couldn’t do what we do without you!

Our Volunteers Morning Tea was made extra special with a beautiful performance of β€œCover Me in Sunshine” by Ms McMahan and Prue’s class, and we were delighted to welcome Aria Bolkus MP, who joined us in thanking our wonderful volunteer community.

The video below captures some highlights from the morning tea, along with some of our volunteers in action across our school. πŸ’™

As the bell goes today, keep an eye out for our students coming out of their classrooms with a collective applause, a special THANK YOU to all of our volunteers for everything you do for our school community.
