Why did the martial artist bring a ladder to training?
Because they wanted to take their self-defense to the next level.

While ladders aren’t required for this activity, skilled instructors at Club Titans will teach you the basics of self-defense.

Across the term, students from St Helena Secondary College have been working on a community project at the Youth Hub, designing and creating some new pieces for our space.

These artworks and bench seats are a fabulous addition to the Hub! Thank you to the students for all the time, creativity, and effort put into the project and thanks to St Helena Secondary College for having us be a part of this great initiative.
