✨ Al Siraat College Interfaith Eid Al-Adha Dinner 2026

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to Al Siraat College for inviting us to their annual Interfaith Eid Al-Adha Dinner 2026.

Our volunteers had a wonderful evening celebrating culture, kindness, respect, and most importantly, the strong sense of pride we all share in our incredibly diverse community. Events like these bring people together, strengthen connections, and highlight the values that unite us.

The student performances were truly impressive, showcasing remarkable talent, confidence, and dedication. Combined with the warm hospitality and excellent dinner, it made for a memorable and enjoyable evening for everyone involved.

Thank you once again to Al Siraat College for hosting such a meaningful and inclusive event. We look forward to continuing to support and celebrate our diverse community together.

Dave and Les this morning received their Long Service Awards at the North West Metro Regional Awards Ceremony held this morning at Melbourne Zoo 🎉

🏅 Dave received his 20 Year Medal
🏅 Les received his 10 Year Medal

These awards recognise years of dedication, commitment, and service to both the SES and our community — an incredible achievement by both members! 👏

Adding to an already amazing day, Dave was also awarded the Victoria State Emergency Service Lifetime Member Award — becoming the FIRST recipient in Whittlesea Unit history to receive this prestigious honour! 🫶

We are incredibly proud of both Dave and Les and grateful for everything they have contributed over the years. Their commitment, experience, and dedication continue to inspire everyone around them.

This May celebrate WOW day!

Wear Orange Wednesday 20th May is your way to say thank you to our incredible SES volunteers.

Be a part of something meaningful this ANZAC Day and join our volunteers tomorrow morning for the Dawn Service.

Our team will be standing proudly alongside the local community at Epping RSL and the Doreen RSL Sub-Branch Cenotaph. 🤝

Both services are followed by a traditional gunfire breakfast.

Today, our volunteers proudly took part in the Epping RSL Annual ANZAC Remembrance Memorial March.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone in the community who came out to show their support for our veterans. Your presence helps keep their legacy and sacrifice alive. Lest we forget.
