7 1/4" gauge railway. A smaller road bridge is located at the 800m mark.
A 7 1/4 gauge railway that runs at Wilfred Taylor Reserve, Wheatsheaf Road, Morphett Vale SA. Station facilities such as a Traverser, Turntable, Workshops, Platforms and two-storey Signal Cabin are at Morphett Vale, along with an extensive station yard with 12 shed roads and numerous auxiliary roads. Amazing opportunity for Morphett Vale Railway to be alongside the impressive displays of model railway layouts with the Adelaide Model Railway Show, at the Adelaide Showgrounds.
Great to talk to those of you who stopped by to chat.
Those of you that visited our display got the inside story of 1/8th scale NSU. One of our members is building this to run at our track at Morphett Vale. There was a Heidi class steamer, also on show.
