Do you currently live or run a small business in an embedded network? We’re seeking your feedback to create a better deal and stronger protections for customers.

We are working to reform prices for customers in embedded networks through new pricing regulation, a lower price cap for electricity and gas, and bundled services like bulk hot water or centralised heating and cooling.

Consultation is now open on embedded network reforms. Have your say by completing our survey or making a written submission.

Sharing information, such as your energy bills, will help fill current information gaps relating to retail pricing for embedded network customers and market information on bundled services in these networks.

Consultation is open now until Thursday, 2 July.

Read about the reforms, complete our survey or make a submission here: https://engage.vic.gov.au/embedded-networks-review

Just over 6.5 million solar PV panels have now been installed through Solar Victoria, delivering more than 2.5 GW of clean, local energy for Victorian households.

That’s enough electricity to power roughly 1 million homes a year or a city about the size of Adelaide. Victoria’s move to cleaner, cheaper energy continues to grow one rooftop at a time.
