There’s something for everyone, from low impact to high intensity and everything in between.
For added motivation, why not team up with friends and join the Winter Challenge!

Try the 50 Challenge!

It only takes a short amount of time each day.
Complete 10 repetitions of 5 exercises every day for a week — squats, push ups, sit ups, bridges and back extensions.

And in 7 days you’ll be doing a total of 350 repetitions!
It’s a simple way to build a regular movement habit. ✅

The right clothing can help you feel more comfortable when moving in winter ❄️.

Wear layers so you can adjust as you warm up.

A light base layer, something warm on top, and a jacket to protect from wind or rain.

Keep your hands, head and feet warm too.

Good socks and supportive shoes can help you stay comfortable while you’re active.
