Tonight we mark National Police Legacy Day with a light projection across Hampshire Road, opposite Sunshine Library. ๐
This is a small way we can honour the police officers who have made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty, and the loved ones they left behind.
After sunset tonight, the public space outside the Sunshine Library will be illuminated in purple to mark our respect. ๐ The purple Michaelmas Daisy is the official flower and symbol of Police Legacy.
