National Reconciliation Week (27 May โ 3 June) is a time for all Australians to learn about our shared histories, cultures and achievements, and explore how we can all contribute to reconciliation ๐ค๐โค๏ธ
This yearโs theme, All In, is a reminder that reconciliation isnโt passive, it takes all of us showing up, listening, learning and taking action in our everyday lives.
At headspace, we acknowledge the strength, resilience and leadership of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and communities. We also recognise that reconciliation is an ongoing commitment, one built through respect, truth-telling, connection and meaningful action. Weโre committed to creating culturally safe, inclusive and welcoming spaces for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander young people, families and communities.
This week, take time to learn from First Nations voices, reflect on the true history of this country and think about what being all in for reconciliation looks like for you.

Today is National Sorry Day. A day to acknowledge and honour the strength, resilience and ongoing journeys of Stolen Generation survivors, their families and communities. We also recognise the lasting impacts of forced child removal and the ways these continue to affect First Nations children, young people, families and communities today.
At headspace, we believe every First Nations young person has the right to access culturally safe, inclusive and healing-centred support.
If today brings up difficult feelings, support is available. Visit the link below to explore support options.๐ค๐โค๏ธ
