This morning to celebrate School Cleaners’ Day (Monday 15 June) the P&C Association and our Canteen provided the necessary goodies to warm everyone's hearts and stomachs with a delicious BBQ breakfast.

So on behalf of our entire school community, thank you to our incredible cleaning and facilities staff for the vital role they play in keeping our school a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for everyone. Your hard work, dedication, and attention to detail do not go unnoticed, and are deeply appreciated by all of us. From early mornings to late afternoons, you ensure that our classrooms, offices, and shared spaces are always at their best - you truly make a difference every day!

This morning, Pimlico Drumline headed down to the Townsville Sign Marathon and Half in support of Star 106.3 Townsville and Ronald McDonald House North Australia.

It was fantastic to get out on a beautiful winter’s morning, bring some energy to the event, and play some music for the community.

A special thank you to Adam and Donny for the invite — we loved being part of it!

Congratulations to our 38 Pimlico State High School students who attended SHEP Townsville 2026!

Across the weekend, our students took part in the State Honours Ensemble Program, working in orchestra, band and choir with outstanding guest conductors and musicians.

SHEP is a fantastic opportunity for students to extend their skills, rehearse challenging repertoire, and perform alongside other dedicated young musicians. We are incredibly proud of the way our Pimlico students represented the school through their musicianship, focus and commitment across the three-day program.
Well done to all involved!
