Book name: Show your work by Austin Kleon.
Most of us wait until we're "ready" to share our work. We think we need to be perfect, polished, or famous first.
Kleon says: stop waiting. Start sharing NOW â the process, the struggles, the small wins.
Here are 3 ideas that stuck with me:
â
You don't have to be a genius â just be a generous contributor
â
Share something small every day â consistency beats perfection
â
Teach what you know â it builds trust AND deepens your own learning

The most powerful questions are why,how and what???
But Start With WHY
People donât connect with what you do first. They connect with why you do it. This simple but powerful idea is explained by Simon Sinek through the Golden Circle.
The Golden Circle has three layers: WHY, HOW, and WHAT.
WHY is your purposeâyour belief, your reason for existing.
HOW is the processâthe values or methods that make you different.
WHAT is the resultâthe product, service, or action people can see.
Most individuals and organizations communicate from the outside in: what they do and how they do it. But inspiring leaders start from the inside out. They begin with WHY.
When you clearly understand and communicate your WHY, trust grows, motivation increases, and leadership becomes natural. Whether you are building a career, a business, or a personal brandâstart with WHY, and everything else will follow.
Because people donât buy what you do; they buy why you do it.

Man's search for meaning
1. You canât always control your situation, but you can control your response.
2. Life doesnât promise happiness; it asks for responsibility.
3. Suffering becomes bearable when it has purpose.
4. Meaning can be found through work, love, or even suffering.
â Final Thought:
When we find a why to live, we can endure almost anyhow.

Being creative isnât about making the perfect piece or delivering the best idea. Itâs about taking the risk, going with the flow, and opening doors that would otherwise be shut. Whether you are just starting out or have 20+ years of experience in your career - whatever âcareerâ means to you - the firsts are never perfect, right? But how else would you learn? You have to go for it despite all the insecurities and doubts. The best part is crossing that divide and realizing that youâre part of a whole community of âcreativesâ who experience the process daily.
Go for it - again and again! Weâre rooting for you!

Book name: The things you can see only when you slow down.
Most of our stress comes from replaying the past or overthinking the future.
Mindfulness pulls us back to the present, where life actually happens.
This chapter teaches:
⨠When you pay attention to the moment, even small things feel meaningful.
⨠When your mind is calm, the world feels calmer too.
Todayâs reminder:
Slow down, notice more, and let the present moment be enough.

Book name: The things you can see only when you slow down.
When our body gets tired, we sleep.
But when our mind gets tired, we keep pushingâĻ and thatâs where everything starts to feel heavier.
This chapter teaches me that taking a break isnât being lazy â
itâs how we recharge, reset, and see life more clearly.
Sometimes clarity doesnât come from trying harder,
but from pausing, breathing, and stepping back for a moment.
â¨Todayâs reminder:
Rest is also progress. bookreview
