- replaces the text of Article (40) of the Civil and Commercial Matters Implementation Law implemented by Decree-Law No. (22) of 2021, as follows

▪️If he fears that the executor against him will flee the country to avoid ex*****on and his apparent funds are not sufficient to pay his debts, the judge of the Ex*****on Court may, at the request of the executor, issue an order prohibiting him from traveling for a period not exceeding three months, RENEWABLE FOR OTHER SIMILAR PERIODS, AND UP TO A MAXIMUM OF THREE YEARS WITHOUT FEES in the event that the justifications for the ban persist.

People caught working without a valid visa.

❌ My visa has expired, I'm working part time...
❌ My sponsor promised me that he will apply for my visa...
❌ I am on a visit visa and currently working in a company...
❌ My sponsor allows me to work and said my visa is in progress so I started because I believe them...
❌ I have a contract but no visa…..

Help us! We were caught by the authorities working without a valid visa..

Some callers has been jailed and deported and has a pending court case, and can't reapply for working visa, got fined and deported.

**Our advice is to make sure your visa is valid and legal with the same company you are working before you start working to avoid the same problem! This case is very difficult to solve!
