June is National Indigenous History Month ✨

On June 5th, a few person served headed down to Mill Lake to celebrate National Indigenous Peoples Day with the Abbotsford school district. It was a day filled with learning, connection, and celebration as we experience incredible Indigenous stories, songs dance and art.

As we celebrate National Indigenous History we will look forward to deepening our understanding about the history and culture.

It’s National AccessAbility Week! ♿✨ This year’s theme is “Building a Strong, Accessible Canada.”

True community strength happens when everyone can participate fully, connect, and thrive. Accessibility goes far beyond physical spaces—it is about removing the attitudinal and systemic barriers that hold people back.

Accessibility is not a feature—it is a fundamental human right.

👉 Get Involved: Find resources, learning tools, and ways to participate by checking out https://www.canada.ca/en/employment-social-development/campaigns/national-accessability-week/toolkit.html
