T̓sasala Cultural Group - Summer Dance Performances T̓sasała Cultural Group was founded in 1996 by Andrea and Donna Cranmer. T̓sasala means "to be determined."
This dynamic group has 80+ members ranging in age from 2-70 years of age. All guests will have a deep experience as they witness the Kwakwa̱ka̱'wakw culture being shared in our traditional Gukwdzi (big house.) The gukwdzi has a dirt floor, when the dancers share they connect with mother earth. Our sacred fire burns in the center of the Big House. The smoke from the fire takes away any energy that

Every day, we honour the lives of Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women, Girls, and Two-Spirit People (MMIW2S+). Their lives matter, their stories matter, and we hold them close in our hearts.
