fires and as a rapid response unit for structural fires. But we do have a problem and it is that we are very short of volunteers to staff the equipment we do have! Your community needs you to step up and commit to the 4 hours minimum per year of legally required training needed before I can allow you use (or even ride in) any of your own fire departments equipment in order to “help out at a fire” (as so many have said they are willing to do) The fire department is bound by OH&S laws the same as most organizations and I must enforce them. Every person has a circle they draw around themselves that they will fight to protect
A good person will draw a circle around their family and do everything in their power to protect them
A better person will draw that circle around their whole community

Our monthly meetings are the first Wed. of each month from 7:00 to 9:00 pm
And we also have training on the third Wed. of each month from 7:00 to 9:00 pm
