Men's Health Month ๐Ÿ’™

Life can be challenging, and sometimes carrying the weight of stress, grief, loss, or addiction can feel overwhelming.

This Men's Health Month, we want to remind everyone - especially the men in our Settlements - that asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness.

Whether you're struggling yourself or concerned about a friend, family member, or loved one, support is available. You do not have to face life's challenges alone.

The Indigenous Support Line connects callers with Indigenous listeners who can provide support, answer questions, and help guide you to the right services.

๐Ÿ“ž Indigenous Support Line: 1-844-944-4744
๐Ÿ•› Available Monday to Friday, Noon to 8:00 p.m.

Take care of yourself. Check in on one another. Reach out when you need support.
