When people think about a rescue van, they often think about transportation. But transportation is only part of the story.

Every ride is an opportunity to build trust, connect someone to support, and help them take the next step forward.

In this episode of Hope Stories, Minyoung Choi shares how Hope Mission's rescue vans in Victoria and Metro Vancouver are helping bridge the gap between people in need and the services that can help them move forward.

Thank you to everyone who walked, volunteered, gave generously, encouraged, and supported the No Child Hungry Walk this past Saturday!

Across Alberta, your communities rallied together to raise a goal of $23,550, which is 8,722 meals for hurting and hungry children and families.

But, because of the generosity of all of you, your friends and families, and your close connections, we surpassed the goal for a grand total of... 🥁🥁🥁

$30,059.70!! 🎉

That's 11,133 meals for children and families in need in Alberta!

All because of YOU!! Thank you so much for your care and compassion for struggling children and families. They will be blessed because of you!

“It’s things like that that make you realize they really do care about the businesses around them and look out for their neighbours.”
