Many people believe there is a maximum age to become a foster caregiver. There isn't! We value the wisdom, flexibility, and life experience that older adults and retirees can bring to children and youth in the London-Middlesex community.

Whether you're 22 or 72, we'd love to share how fostering can fit into different stages of life!

Register now for 2026's Mini-University - an unforgettable summer camp experience where new friendships and lifelong memories are waiting!

📅Applications must be submitted by May 1st, 2026.

There will be 30 spots available in both camps. Applicants will be notified if they are successful to attend program the week of May 19th.

🦦The Otter program (11-13 yrs) will run as a day camp between the hours of 9:00am-4:00pm during the week of July 13th-17th.

🦤The Crane program (14-17yrs) will run as an overnight camp during the week of August 4th-7th.
