Today, on International Widowsโ€™ Day, we honour and acknowledge the millions of widowed individuals around the world navigating life after the death of a spouse or partner.

Grief can be isolating, but no one should have to carry it alone. We see you, we remember your loved ones, and we stand with you. ๐Ÿ’œ

Journey Through Grief: Child Loss ๐Ÿ’›

The loss of a child changes a person forever. Grief can feel overwhelming, isolating, and impossible to put into words but you do not have to walk through it alone.

Join us on Tuesday, June 30 from 10:00 a.m. โ€“ 12:00 p.m. for a gentle psychoeducational seminar for parents navigating grief after the loss of a child, adoloescent or adult child. Together, we will explore the impact of loss, coping tools, and ways to move through grief with support, compassion, and understanding.

An optional guided discussion will also provide space for reflection and shared support in a safe and welcoming environment.

๐ŸŒฑ Thank you so much to everyone who joined us on Sunday for our Seed Release and Remembrance Walk!

This year, we were honoured to introduce our new seed-bomb release using native, pollinator-friendly seeds. As these seeds grow and flourish, they will support bees, butterflies, and other essential pollinators - creating new life and beauty in our community. In many ways, this feels like a fitting tribute to our loved ones: their impact continues, their memory lives on, and the love we hold for them continues to grow.

See you next year! ๐Ÿ’œ
