The is celebrating 2SLGBTQIA+ Pride Season from June 1 to September 30.

Pride season is a time to embrace inclusivity. When we strive to understand and respect sexual and gender diversity, it helps create a sense of belonging, including in the workplace.

Promoting psychologically healthy workplaces includes promoting awareness of 2SLGBTQIA+ issues in the workplace.

Important initiatives are taking place across the public service to make 2SLGBTQIA+ employees feel safe, valued, and empowered, like:

✅ Offering resources about gender-inclusive writing
✅ Encouraging allyship
