Join us for our weekly Red Road to Wellness circle!
We have returned to our weekly evenings-only schedule! You can find us in person and online every Thursday from 6:00-9:00pm at 2126 Danforth Avenue!
Red Road to Wellness is a harm-reduction based addictions and trauma recovery support group that utilizes Indigenous knowledges and methods of healing to inform our circle and discussions. Every first meeting of the month we host a speaker, to tell the story of their journey, and we aim to host a group workshop once a month where participants can learn a craft or skill within the circle!
No registration is required, just show up and connect with the circle in any way you need! We have dinner and TTC tickets available at every meeting, if you have food sensitivities you are concerned about please reach out over email!

This program is a healthy-meal delivery program for our Indigenous community members living with HIV/STBBI's. Delivery takes place every Wednesday, between the hours of 11am to 4pm. Participants must be available during these hours to ensure delivery is possible, or alternative arrangements must be made ahead of time.
