Today, we say thank you and farewell to a very special member of our New Visions Toronto family, Emily.

As a dedicated Music Therapist, Emily has touched the lives of so many of the people we support through her kindness, creativity, compassion, and unwavering commitment. Her ability to connect with individuals through music has brought joy, comfort, confidence, and countless meaningful moments that will not be forgotten.

Emily, thank you for sharing your talents, your heart, and your passion with our community. You have made a lasting impact on the lives of many, and we are incredibly grateful for everything you have contributed during your time with us.

As you begin this exciting new chapter in London, we wish you every success and happiness in your future endeavors. While we will miss you greatly, we know that your gifts will continue to enrich the lives of those you meet along the way.

A big shoutout to Nancy and her mom, Christy, for volunteering at Luminato!

Together, they spent the day helping welcome guests and supporting one of Toronto's most exciting arts and culture festivals. From meeting new people to experiencing the creativity and energy that brings to the city, it was a wonderful opportunity to give back and be part of something special.

We're so proud of Nancy and Christy for representing the spirit of community involvement and making a positive impact while having fun along the way.

Toronto is buzzing with FIFA World Cup excitement, including the giant beaver-themed installations popping up throughout Old Town Toronto. These colourful sculptures celebrate the countries competing in the tournament and have become a fun way for locals and visitors to get into the FIFA spirit.

While New Visions Toronto isn’t part of the official beaver trail, we wanted to show our own World Cup spirit!

At New Visions Toronto, we believe that recreation, sport, and community events create opportunities for inclusion, friendship, and belonging. Whether you’re cheering for your favourite team, following every match, or simply enjoying the excitement around the city, there’s something special about the way sport brings people together.
