Every year on Bloomsday (16 June), Ireland celebrates Leopold Bloom’s timeless odyssey around Dublin in James Joyce’s Ulysses, one of the most important works of modern literature.

This year, we celebrate Bloomsday and Beyond, honouring not only Joyce’s revolutionary storytelling, but the Irish writers who came before and after him. The poets, the playwrights, the novelists and all those who have made Ireland an island of writers.
