So many moms I speak to wish they had MORE postpartum support if they had only known what they were in for. Birth plans are all the rage, but how many expectant families are prepared with a postpartum plan for the weeks after they bring their new baby home?

3rd trimester moms, this one's for you! For the month of June I am offering 80% off one hour of virtual support! New virtual clients will also receive a complimentary digital copy of my **Fourth Trimester planning workbook**, which covers postpartum essentials for mom & baby.

There are no strings attached and nothing else you need to buy or commit to - this offer is just $10 for an hour of support to

* discuss your birth plan and contingencies
* prepare for bringing baby home
* strategize how to eat/rest/feel human during postpartum

Don't miss out, here is a great local opportunity to learn infant massage! This is a wonderful practice that promotes relaxation and connection between baby & caregiver 🥰

Note that although there is no cost, registration is required and this training is provided over 5 Wednesday morning sessions.

💞 Support should feel within reach.

Each week, I set aside a number of hours for pay-what-you-can postpartum doula support.

This is available for any new moms who would benefit from care — a chance to rest, ask questions, be supported — but find full-rate services out of reach right now.

These hours can be used in whatever way you need most:
✨ in-home support
✨ virtual check-ins
✨ feeding guidance
✨ or simply having someone in your corner

There’s no application or pressure — just reach out and we can talk about what support could look like for you. Our conversation is confidential regardless of the outcome. No matter if you have a partner or family nearby, whether this is your first baby or seventh, whatever your income looks like on paper, you deserve to feel supported and I'd be honoured to help with that.

You don’t have to navigate postpartum alone.

✨ Your baby’s needs matter — and so do yours.

What's better than having all the clothes you need for baby's first year? Having sizes sorted and stored effectively so you can easily keep up/change clothes over when baby grows. Some mamas love to organize, and some love to outsource the organizing, folding, boxing and labelling.

Whichever mama you are, and whatever kind of day you're having with your baby, I can help you complete tasks to clear your mental load.

DM me to chat about what you need to feel you can really REST without a to-do list hanging over you 💕

My favourite sign Spring is on the way is when I crack the windows open and hear birds singing. There are lots of other signs I love too, but hearing the birds chatter as they build their nests brings me a special joy.

If YOU are also preparing your nest for a little one this Spring, now is the perfect time to get in touch with me to chat about postpartum support. I currently have openings for new families in April, May, and June.

The pricing page on my website is current, and I am always happy to tailor a plan to make sure it's right for you. Whether you are looking for short check-ins or more comprehensive, long-term support, you can view all the details in one place at babystepsbirth.ca (link in bio).

DM me to chat or set up a free call; I would love to hear from you! 🪺
