Incredibly grateful for the overwhelming support from my friends and colleagues from Vaughan as I hosted the celebration of the 80th Anniversary of the Italian Republic on Parliament Hill.

Vaughan is home to over 100,000 Italian-Canadians and they are very well represented.

A new shocking report shows that homelessness in Waterloo region seniors is up 700% in the last 5 years.

Canada’s seniors worked hard, paid taxes, and helped build our country. Now they are being priced out of housing and forced into homelessness.

This is the result of more than a decade of failed Liberal housing policies.

Conservatives will continue to fight for seniors and all Canadians to have access to affordable housing across the country.

As Chair of the Canada-Italy Interparliamentary Group, I had the honour of welcoming hundreds of Italian-Canadians from coast to coast to coast to Parliament Hill to celebrate the 80th Anniversary of the Italian Republic.
