For the last 13 years, since 2013, I gave my heart, my time, my peace, my sleep and my entire youth for the people.
I never worked for fame, money or appreciation.
I only worked so that no poor person feels alone in their pain.
Every day brought new struggles…
insults, betrayal, criticism, pressure, sleepless nights and endless challenges.
Many times I smiled in front of the world while silently breaking inside.
Still, I never stopped.
I never allowed my passion die.
From 2013 till 2026, I accepted every difficulty with patience and a smile because I believed humanity comes first.
But today… for the first time, I feel truly exhausted.
Not because helping people is difficult,
but because the biggest pain comes when people create hurdles in your good work, question your intentions and try to pull you down while you are only trying to lift others up.
Despite all this pain, my dreams are still alive.
I still dream of building a c@nc€r hospital for poor people.
I still dream of free MRI and PET scan facilities for those families who sell everything just to save one life.
I still dream that no mother cries helplessly outside a hospital because she cannot afford treatment for her child.
Maybe I am tired…
maybe my heart is heavy today…
but I cannot stop dreaming for my people.
Because this journey was never about me.
It was always about humanity.

Doing social service is not easy in Kashmir.
A social worker faces suffering, disrespect, troubles and countless difficulties every single day.
People judge your intentions, criticize your efforts and still expect you to keep helping.
To all the youths — do whatever you want in life, but if you choose social work, be ready for pain, sacrifice and sleepless nights.
Because serving humanity is easy to say, but very hard to live.

Today we received a distress call from a Kashmiri Pandit family in Srinagar struggling for basic food. Without delay, we took swift action and provided ration sufficient for 3 months.
Serving humanity will always remain our first priority. 🤝

Prayers for speedy recovery of Obaid Malik.
He met with an accident on Tangmarg highway and is currently admitted at JVC Hospital. He is known as a humble and controversy-free reporter. I still remember he was the first journalist who published my story when he was working with QNS.
May Almighty Allah grant him complete and quick recovery.
