Ang tema ngayong taon na “Kalayaan. Kinabukasan. Kasaysayan.” ay nagpapaalala na ang ating kasaysayan ang humuhubog sa ating kinabukasan, at ang sakripisyo ng ating mga bayani ang patuloy na nagbibigay-inspirasyon sa atin upang magtayo ng mas matatag na bansa.

Sa lahat ng Pilipino sa Cyprus at sa iba’t ibang panig ng mundo, ipagdiwang natin ang ating kalayaan nang may pagmamalaki at pagkakaisa.

Celebrating Filipino Food Month with the National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA)

The Philippine Consulate in Larnaca joins the nation in celebrating Filipino Food Month this April! We invite our dear kababayans here in Cyprus to join the upcoming online session of the ASEAN Lectures titled, "Biskwit: From Alfajor to Uraro."

This insightful lecture, presented in collaboration with the Museo ng Kaalamang Katutubo (MuskKat), will be led by Ms. Michaela Fenix Makabenta. Together, we will explore the rich history, cultural significance, and heritage of traditional Filipino biscuits, and how they contribute to our shared ASEAN identity.
