(أخبار) إنتهاء النزاع القانونى بين جى واى جى و شركة SM – “لن يزعج أى طرف نشاطات الآخر”

فريق جى واى جى (كيم جايجونج، بارك يوتشون، كيم جونسو) تحرروا من شركة SM ^_^.

القضية بين جى واى جى و شركة SM إكتملت [أى إنتهت] بإتفاق متبادل بينهما بعد مرور 3 سنوات و 4 شهور منذ بدايتها.


وفقاً لمصادر قانونية، شركة SM و الأعضاء الثلاثة وافقوا على إنهاء جميع العقود منذ يوم 31 يوليو 2009. [أى أن كل العقود و القضايا التى صدرت منذ ذلك الوقت إنتهت]. أيضاً كلا الطرفين قاموا بكتابة إتفاقية تتضمن:

1- كلا الطرفين سيقوما بسحب كل الدعاوى القضائية التى تم رفعها ضد بعضهم البعض.

2- لن يزعج أى طرف نشاطات الآخر.


جايجونج، يوتشون و جونسو الذين بدأوا مسيرتهم الغنائية كفريق دبسك عام 2004، قاموا برفع دعوى قضائية لإلغاء عقودهم (بطلان عقودهم) يوم 31 يوليو 2009 و بدأوا نشاطاتهم كجى واى جى منذ شهر سبتمبر 2012.

بعد ما كان يبدو أنها ستستمر إلى الأبد، تفيد التقارير أن الطرفين توصلا إلى إتفاق.

قيل أن شركة SM و جى واى جى كلاهما قاموا بسحب كل الدعاوى القضائية التى رفعوها على بعضهم البعض و إتفقوا على عدم التدخل فى نشاطات أى من الطرفين.

هذه المعركة الطويلة بدأت يوم 31 يوليو عام 2009 عندما قام الأعضاء الثلاثة جى واى جى، الذين كانوا جزء من دبسك، برفع القضية الأولى على شركة SM يطالبون بإلغاء عقودهم. منذ ذلك الوقت، الطرفان فشلا فى التوصل إلى إتفاق و ذهبوا إلى المحكمة مرة أخرى هذا العام.

يبدو أن المعركة القانونية إنتهت الآن و كلا الطرفين خاصتاً جى واى جى يمكنهم العمل بحرية دون التفكير فى القضايا التى كانت تمنعهم.

[NEWS] JYJ and SM Entertainment’s legal battle comes to an end

The legal battle between JYJ and SM Entertainment has finally come to an end!

After what seems like forever, the two sides are reported to have come to a mutual agreement on the 28th.

It is said that SM Entertainment and JYJ have both withdrawn all lawsuits against one another, and have agreed to not interfere with any of each other’s activities.

The long drawn out fight was started back in July 31st, 2009 when the initial lawsuit was filed against SM Entertainment by the three members of JYJ, who were part of TVXQ, requesting for the cancellation of their contracts. Since then, the two sides failed to reach an agreement every time and was due back in court again later this year.

It seems the legal battle is now over, and both sides, especially JYJ, can work towards moving forward free of the legal issues that had been holding them back.

[NEWS] 121128 JYJ Finishes legal dispute with SM – “Won’t disturb each other’s activities”

The group JYJ (Jaejoong Kim, Yuchun Park and Junsu Kim) has got free from SM Entertainment.

The dispute between SM Entertainment and JYJ has been completed based on mutual agreement , 3 years and 4 months later since it started.

According to legal circles, SM Entertainment and the three members of JYJ agreed to finish their all contracts based on the date of July 31st, 2009. Also the both parties made written agreement containing that 1) the both would cancel all lawsuit filed against each other, 2) will not disturb any activities against each other.

Jaejoong, Yuchun and Junsu who debuted as the group TVXQ in 2004, filed a lawsuit to clarify invalidity of exclusive contract on July 31st 2009 and have had their activities as JYJ since Sep, 2010.
