Grampian Housing tenants now have the option to put the savings they make using the Housing Perks app towards their rent.

When you buy a voucher through Housing Perks the money you save can be automatically used as a contribution towards your rent balance.

🎉 SCOTTISH CHARITY AWARDS - PARTNERSHIP OF THE YEAR 🎉

We’re delighted to share that ATAP – Aberdeen Task & Activation Partnership has been shortlisted for a Scottish Charity Award in the Partnership of the Year category.

Since launching in 2025, ATAP has brought partners across Aberdeen together to help prevent homelessness before crisis point, already supporting 68 people to avoid homelessness through early help, practical support and joined-up working.

This nomination is a real recognition of what can happen when organisations work together to support people and communities.

It’s Volunteers’ Week 2026, and we’d like to say a big thank you to our voluntary Board members across the Grampian Group.

Our Board members give their time freely and use their skills and experience to help guide the organisation and support the work we do for tenants and communities.

We are also marking the launch of our Great Service initiative, recognising Board members when they reach 3, 6 and 9 years of service. Together, our Board members have given an incredible 89 years, 5 months of service across the Group.

📣🏠 GRAMPIAN HOUSING STOCK CONDITION SURVEYS 🏡📣

Grampian Housing will soon start a major programme of Stock Condition Surveys.

A Stock Condition Survey is a visit to selected homes to help us understand the condition of our properties. It allows us to plan future investment and make sure homes meet current and future standards.

We hope to survey in the region of 800 homes by the end of September.

Your home may be selected as part of a representative sample. This means we only survey some homes, chosen to reflect different property types, ages and locations across our stock.

Your home will not be singled out for any reason.

📣 VOLUNTEERS WEEK – 1-7 JUNE 📣

This week is Volunteers Week, highlighting the contributions of volunteers.

Grampian Housing’s own Tracy and her son volunteer on Saturday mornings at The Seed Box Ltd in Banchory doing seasonal jobs such as watering plants, weeding, cutting vegetables/flowers and displaying them in the shop.

“We’d recommend a wee visit to the shop if you need any plants and there’s a lovely walk nearby at loch of leys” said Tracy, “Oh and their fresh apple juice is delicious!”
