The thunder and lightning during the afternoon didn’t put us off, and it definitely paid off! What a beautiful evening for a steady run. ☀️🏃‍♀️🏃🏼

You all smashed the kilometres tonight, with plenty of chit chat along the way and a bit of knowledge-building to finish. A fantastic effort from everyone. 🍊 💪👏👏👏

Friends of Orchard Brae 5k around Seaton Park tonight for Julia, Pat & Sarah 🍊

A bit of thunder earlier had a few people deciding it was just too wet to come out, but what a lovely evening it turned out to be! 🌤️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

A huge well done to everyone at NRG who made it and, as always, smashed the run. Great effort, great company, and a fantastic evening in the end!

Newmachar Running Group (NRG) 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

Enora, Vicki, Harry and Alison joined the team at the Axis Centre for a mobility class before tonight’s session. A great way to loosen up and get ready to run! Thank you to Lauren for the trial class and the excellent stretching session.

We then headed out for a fantastic run on the Dolphin Route 🐬 — and yes, the route created a dolphin shape on Strava!

A great effort from everyone tonight. Well done all!👏👏👏
