This Thursday we’re joined by Scott Duncan Scott Duncan - husband, father of three and business owner from Aberdeenshire

Over the last decade Scott has experienced the highs and lows that come with building a business and supporting a growing family

The successes, the setbacks, the uncertainty and plenty of moments of questioning the path he was on…..

Through those experiences he discovered that success means very little if you don’t have your health, your energy and the ability to enjoy the life you’re building - health and wellness became the foundation that helps him stay grounded, navigate challenges and show up as the best version of himself

Today Scott is passionate about family, nature, travel, sauna, cold water therapy and living a life with purpose - his focus is no longer just on building a business, but on creating a life filled with joy, freedom, meaningful experiences and being the best dad and husband he can be

He’ll be sharing lessons learned, challenges overcome and how prioritising health and wellness transformed both his personal life and his approach to business
