Between 2016 and 2026, Raise the Colours figures have been linked to a Spanish fraud investigation, a French entry ban over destructive anti-migrant activity, and multiple UK police interventions and arrests in Oxford, Brighton and London.
West Midlands Police have attended multiple incidents involving Raise the Colours-related tensions, flag disputes, protests, racially aggravated harassment, and plain assault. WMP have been provided with evidence and numerous first hand accounts relating to these incidents.
As of June 2026, there have been no confirmed arrests or charges issued by West Midlands Police in Birmingham attributed to Raise the Colours activity.
