On Saturday 6th June, 12:00 - 13:00 Royal Birmingham Conservatoire band Robinswood will be performing at The Library of Birmingham!

One more week of our Plant Trail in Children's Library at Library of Birmingham . The challenge is to find all 9 photos of plants in our library and answer a question about each one. When you've found them all you can go up to the 3rd Floor Terrace gardens and see if you can spot the plants in real life, as they all grow up there, with lots of other herbs. It's Dinosaur Day..and here Children's Library at Library of Birmingham there is drop in dino fun from 12 to 3pm. And Dinosaur Storytime kicks the day off at 11.30am. Come along for a roaring good time! The Library of Birmingham

⚠️The Library of Birmingham will be closing at 3pm today⚠️

Following Aston Villa’s victory in last night’s Europa League final, the club has organised a parade in the city centre, starting today at 4.30pm and we will be lighting the Library claret and blue to celebrate 🥳

Following Aston Villa’s victory in last night’s Europa League final, the club has organised a parade in the city centre, starting today at 4.30pm.

Those living in, working in or visiting the city centre today are advised of several road closures from 10am today, leading to disruption to travel and public transport services. Meanwhile, a number of parking bays are currently suspended.
