🍺 The PCA’s 2026 Tied Tenant Survey results have been published🍺
The Pubs Code Adjudicator (PCA) has published the findings of the 2026 Tied Tenant Survey, providing an overview of the experiences and views of tied pub tenants across the six regulated pub companies in England and Wales.
Each year, the PCA commissions an independent survey of over 1,200 tied pub tenants, carried out by Ipsos, to track changes over time and explore key aspects of the tied relationship including rent, Business Development Managers (BDMs) and awareness of statutory rights.

PCA, Fiona Dickie, attended LTC's Wellbeing Conference last week. It was an important reminder of the value of embedding wellbeing into everyday life, supporting resilience, promoting open conversations, and ensuring those we work with feel supported and able to thrive.
If you are a tied tenant, there is a range of support and guidance available on our website such as our ‘Getting Advice’ page - https://www.pubscodeadjudicator.org.uk/know-your-rights/getting-advice

Fiona Dickie, the Pubs Code Adjudicator, recently spent the day visiting local pubs across Burton and Uttoxeter with Jacob Collier MP and Society of Independent Brewers - SIBA
It was great to hear from pub tenants about their experiences and the realities of running a pub.🍻
