Happy Father’s Day from ACS 💙
Today we’re celebrating all the dads and father figures who provide care, guidance and support every day. From foster dads and step-dads to grandads, uncles and those who take on a fatherly role in a child’s life. Thank you for the difference you make.
We also recognise that Father’s Day can be difficult for many people, or finding today emotionally challenging. Please take care of yourselves and others today. 💛
Wishing everyone a lovely Father’s Day.

For Mental Health Awareness Week, the theme “Action” encouraged us to take positive steps to support both our own mental health and the wellbeing of others.
On 17th May, foster families and staff from across the Midlands came together for a sponsored walk, an activity chosen to reflect the well-known benefits that physical activity and time spent in nature can have on our emotional wellbeing. Our walk brought people together, promoted wellbeing, and helped raise funds for YoungMinds, a UK charity dedicated to supporting the mental health of children, young people, and those who care for them perfectly aligning with our goal to support foster families and improve young lives.
✨ We’re proud to share that ACS Midlands raised £280 for YoungMinds! ✨
A huge thank you to everyone who took part, shared the link, and donated, your support truly makes a difference! 💙
