πŸ’™ Men's Health WeekπŸ’™

Mental health problems are common among men, yet research shows that many men still find it difficult to talk about their feelings or seek support when they are struggling.

At Birmingham Mind, we're working to change that by creating safe, welcoming spaces where men can connect, talk openly, and support one another.

Our men's groups provide opportunities to share experiences, build confidence, improve wellbeing, and realise that no one has to face challenges alone. You can find us at:

πŸ“ Bullring Wellbeing Hub
πŸ“ Erdington Wellbeing Hub
πŸ“ Villa Park on Aston Villa home match days

We're also proud of our Men's Health Lead, Owen, who works across communities to break down stigma, encourage conversations about mental health, and help men access the support they need.

If you need someone to talk to, our Mental Health & Wellbeing Helpline is available every day from 9am–11pm. Our trained advisors offer a safe, confidential space to talk, and support is also available through webchat.

Reaching out can be difficult, but support is available. You don't have to face things on your own.
