Our new research with Ofwat reveals the scale of disruption experienced by thousands of South East Water customers during last winter’s supply interruptions.
Fewer than 1 in 10 of those affected were satisfied with how the incidents were handled, with poor communication, bottled water distribution and support for vulnerable customers among people’s main frustrations.
The company’s new leadership must now drive real change to rebuild trust and reassure customers that lessons have been learned.
