The Highbury Park Protocol Group is seeking an experienced consultant to lead the production of a new Landscape Management & Maintenance Plan for Highbury Park.

This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future management of one of Birmingham's most important historic parks, balancing heritage conservation, biodiversity and community use.

Contract Opportunity - Highbury Hall The Protocol Group that coordinates the management of Highbury Park is seeking a consultant to manage the process and produce a Landscape Management and Maintenance Plan for Highbury Park.

🌿 Everyone had a great time at the Growing Up Green Family Festival in Highbury Orchard last Sunday!

From nature activities to exploring the orchard, there were smiles all round. Activity Planner Lucy’s face says it all - a very happy day! 😊💚

You might have started to spot Himalayan balsam popping up at Highbury. It may look pretty when in flower, but it's actually an invasive species.

As you can see in this photo, it can completely dominate an area, crowding out native plants and reducing the variety of wildlife the space can support.

This year, we're trialling strimming in some areas, alongside good old fashioned pulling, to help keep it under control. We will keep you updated on progress!

We're so looking forward to hosting Digbeth Dining Club at Highbury tomorrow! 🎶🎵🌮🍕🍡🌞😎

THIS SUNDAY: There are few Birmingham venues better suited to a Digbeth Dining Club. pop-up than Highbury Hall — that glorious Victorian mansion in Moseley that somehow makes even a gyro feel aristocratic.

Back for the first time in four years as part of their Summer Tour ’26, DDC are bringing sunshine, DJs, craft drinks and elite street food traders to the hall’s immaculate grounds on May 24.

Expect Smoke + Ash, Scran Man, The Goat King, Steak Bites, Hottodoggu, Urban Cheesecake, El Azteca and Braai Plate, plus bars from Frozen Sombrero and Caravan Bar Co.

Great to see Chamberlain Highbury Trust's volunteers getting stuck in to the restoration of the rhododendron garden!
